The holiday flat

At street level is the spacious storage room of the house, in which several bicycles can find place. The washing machine and dryer are also located here, and from here there is one of the two entrances to the garden.

The upper floor is the lounge area with a spacious living room and a kitchen with a further access to the garden as well as the small restroom.

Under the roof are the large bathroom as well as the two bedrooms, with a double bed or a double bed and a single bed, which can be extended to a double bed, so that the house provides sleeping places for six people. A cot is also available on request.

The living room

The living room has a flat screen TV, which you can watch from the large couch as well as from the dining table. This includes a DVD player with which you can enjoy one of the existing DVDs. Here you will also find a large selection of literature about Monschau and many board games for young and old.

The kitchen

The kitchen has an electric cooker, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher.

The two bedrooms

The house has two bedrooms on the top floor, each with a double bed. In one of the rooms there is an additional single bed, which can be extended to a double bed, so that the house can accommodate a total of six people. There is also the possibility to put a cot in one of the rooms.

The bathroom (+ guest toilet and laundry)

The modern bathroom with daylight in the attic has a bathtub with a glass shower wall, a water heater adjustable to the desired temperature and a magnificent view over the roofs of Monschau.

The garden

Enjoy in the spacious garden from the sun-drenched terrace the extensive view into the Rose Valley and let the day end on the cosy lounge furniture.

The yard

Guests of the holiday flat will be pleased about the free parking lots directly at the house entrance. Especially with the parking shortage in Monschau a not to be underestimated plus of our holiday flat. The apartment is in direct proximity to the old town and within walking distance.
