The cottage, which was built around 1820, originally served as accommodation for the coachman family of the “Haus Barkhausen” clothmaker family. In the cellar you can still see the stone troughs for the horses.
The house was completely renovated a few years ago and has modern bathrooms, central heating and a high-quality fitted kitchen.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper floor. Kitchen, toilet and living room are on the level of the garden, which can be entered directly from the kitchen.
In the basement, which is on the entrance level, there is plenty of storage space.
In the basement there is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
